Tuition fees:
$125 (e-syllabus ONLY) or $175 (e-syllabus & printed syllabus) – for the first 100 registrants

Additional registrants will be accepted on a space-available basis:
$350 (e-syllabus ONLY) or $400 (e-syllabus & printed syllabus)

Hotel and travel arrangements may be made separately by each participant. A special rate of $107 per night has been negotiated with the hotel for reservations made by December 8, 2009. Hotel reservations must be made through CMM Global to qualify for this rate.

 
 
Program Information
 
This course provides 12 CME credits in practical training for physicians including a section on End-of-Life and Palliative Care. Pain medicine specialists will present current concepts related to the pathophysiology and treatment of common painful conditions. In addition, a new lecture on pediatric pain and an updated risk management lecture for primary care physicians, including documentation guidelines and practical applications, will be presented.
